Return Policy
We get it — sometimes things don’t go as planned. Don’t worry, we’re here to make sure your experience stays smooth and stress-free.
🔄 Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
If we made a mistake (wrong size, wrong item, damaged product), we’ll take full responsibility. You won’t pay anything — we’ll cover the return costs and send you the correct item, no questions asked.
If you just changed your mind or ordered the wrong size yourself, that’s totally fine too. In that case, return shipping is at your expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to keep things safe.
How it works:
1. Contact us
Email us at Contact@aurafash.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll get back to you quickly with instructions.
2. Ship it back
Send the item to the return address we’ll provide. If it’s our fault, we’ll send you a prepaid label. Otherwise, you’ll just need to ship it using a tracked service.
3. Get your refund or replacement
Once we receive your item in original condition (unworn, tags still on), we’ll process your refund or send the new item — usually within 14 business days.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, everything’s already in motion at the warehouse.
If your order has shipped, you can still return it once you receive it — just follow the return steps above.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, with original tags

Returns may be refused if items show signs of wear or damage

If we sent the wrong size or item, we’ll cover all return + reshipping costs

Returns for personal reasons (wrong size, changed mind) are at your own cost
